To Pay By Check

Email Lynne at Lcampbellimages@gmail.com with your order. List the card titles you'd like and the quantity for each. Provide your name, shipping address, and phone number. We will email back with our physical address and verification of your order and costs.

We will ship your order once your check is received and cleared.

Order Processing

All orders (U.S.A. only) will be processed and shipped within one-two weeks. You will receive email notification with tracking information when the order ships.

Shipping

All orders ship insured via USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate of $3.95 (U.SA. only). Shipping time averages 1-2 days.

LynneCampbellPhotography.com guarantees your satisfaction. We appreciate the opportunity to make any problem right, fulfilling our guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request an exchange or refund for all or part of your order within 15 days of its receipt.

Returns for exchanges

To exchange items, return them by USPS Priority Mail (free priority mail packaging is available at any Post Office), packing them carefully so they won't be damaged during shipping. Notify Lynne at Lcampbellimages@gmail.com by email when the package ships, providing the date and tracking number. Also, list the images you'd like as replacements by title and quantity. Your replacement order will ship at no charge.

Returns for Refund

If you'd like a refund, return items by USPS Priority Mail (free priority mail packaging is available at any Post Office). Please pack the items carefully so they won't be damaged during shipping. Notify Lynne at Lcampbellimages@gmail.com by email when the package ships, providing the date and its tracking number. Upon receipt of your return order, a refund will be issued for the items returned and the mailing cost involved.

Damaged Items/Refund

Please contact Lynne at Lcampbellimages@gmail.com within 48 hours if you receive items that are damaged (attaching a photo of the damage if possible). Let us know if you'd like to exchange or return the items. Follow the “Exchange” or “Return” instructions above. All shipping charges (original, return, and exchange) will be covered by LynneCampbellPhotography.com.
